✨ A New Way to Get Free Puzzles in Puzzling Places
Over the years, we’ve loved surprising you with new free puzzles—whether it’s cozy Christmas scenes or spooky Halloween houses. Thanks to your support, the number of puzzles in the base game has grown far beyond what we originally launched with!
But as the collection has grown, it’s also become a little tricky: seasonal puzzles started taking up a big part of the base game, and we want to keep the Puzzling Places starter content balanced while still rewarding for long-time fans with regular free puzzles.
That’s why we’re rolling out a new system for free puzzles:
- Every new puzzle pack will be free to claim for the first two months after release.
- If you grab it during that time, it’s yours to keep forever—no strings attached.
- After that window, the puzzle will move into our regular DLC catalogue, where new players can still pick it up if they missed the free period.
This change means:
- 🎁 You still get free puzzles on a regular basis.
- ⏳ Long-time players are rewarded for following along, building up their collection with free puzzles.
- 🏰 The base game stays focused and avoids being overloaded with seasonal content.
- 💡 We can keep experimenting with special events and unique puzzles without worrying about overwhelming the starter collection.
We’re excited to keep bringing you beautiful new places to puzzle, and we think this new system will make the experience even better for both new and veteran players alike.
We will have a few more changes coming down the road to improve the quality of the base game content even more that we hope we can share soon, so stay tuned!
